    Touch, our very first language, can reach the deepest layers of our experience and our healing potential. The latest research and science supports the immensely healing benefit of touch. If done in an embodied, slow, and gentle way, touch can be an ethical and safe therapeutic tool. Using touch we can have direct access to the physiology of developmental trauma, character style and attachment, and can move far beyond the limitations of verbal exploration.

    These experiences are curated around each clients’ specific needs. This is a deep dive into exploring and healing the layers of our personal foundation that shape us both consciously and unconsciously, and that affect every aspect of our lives.

Using these offerings and all of the wisdom and grace I have come to embody throughout my studies and career, my great hope is that I can remind each client of the true essence of who they are, free from the suffering of this lifetime, as well as the suffering of generations before us.
